RESUMEN
El documento normativo establece los lineamientos técnicos para promover quioscos y comederos escolares saludables en el ámbito educativo. Señala las características referidas a la estructura, cuidado e higiene del quiosco o comedor, prácticas saludables de los manipuladores, almacenamiento y conservación de los alimentos y el expendio de alimentos saludables según la Resolución Ministerial Nº 908-2012/MINSA.
