Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a common worldwide infection and a medical and social problem causing high mortality and morbidity; especially in developing countries.In accordance with the virulence of the organism and the defenses of the host; tuberculosis can occur in the lungs and in extrapulmonary organs.
