RESUMO
Objetivo:
Analisar a qualidade de vida dos pacientes com hipertensão arterial atendidos em um serviço público de saúde.Metodologia:
estudo transversal analítico realizado com três unidades básicas de saúde na cidade de Teresina-Piauí. A população foi constituída por todos os pacientes com diagnóstico de hipertensão arterial, na qual obteve- se uma amostra de 322 pacientes. A coleta ocorreu nos meses de abril a junho de 2018, com o uso de três instrumentos, o Mini-Questionário de Qualidade de Vida em Hipertensão Arterial (Minichal), o World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref (Whoqol-Bref) e um formulário socioeconômico.Resultados:
Os dados mostraram que 62,4% eram mulheres, 48,1% com idade entre 40 a 59 anos, 53,7% com ensino fundamental incompleto. Observa-se que o fator de risco cardiovascular diabetes mellitus prevaleceu na amostra com 39,4%. Para o Minichal, o domínio estado mental apresentou melhor média e para o WhoqolBref o domínio psicológico obteve melhor média, indicando melhor qualidade de vida para estes domínios.Conclusão:
Os achados deste estudo mostram que a amostra estudada apresentou índices altos de qualidade de vida para os dois instrumentos.ABSTRACT
Objective:
To analyze the quality of life of patients with hypertension attended at a public health service.Methodology:
The study was conducted in three basic health units in the city of Teresina-Piauí. The population consisted of all patients diagnosed with hypertension, in which a sample of 322 patients was obtained. It was observed that the cardiovascular risk factor diabetes mellitus prevailed in the sample with 39.4%. For Minichal, the mental state domain presented better average and for Whoqol-Bref the psychological domain obtained better average, indicating better quality of life for these domains.Conclusion:
The findings of this study show that the sample studied showed high levels of quality of life for both instruments.Key words
