RESUMO

O presente Relatório de Estágio, surge no âmbito do Mestrado de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica da Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, constitui-se um instrumento que possibilita a reflexão sobre o desenvolvimento de competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica. A Parte I deste documento tem como objetivo realizar uma reflexão crítica acerca das atividades desenvolvidas durante os Ensinos Clínicos. A Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) (Parte II) foi desenvolvida sobre o tema Eficácia da formação/treino dos enfermeiros que prestam cuidados em ambiente pré-hospitalar no aperfeiçoamento de competências e habilidades profissionais, raciocínio clínico, comunicação e capacidade de resposta Revisão Sistemática da Literatura. Para execução da referida revisão seguimos a metodologia proposta pela Joanna Briggs Institute para elaboração de revisões sistemáticas de eficácia. A aquisição de competências enquanto enfermeiro especialista deve ser baseada na melhor evidência científica disponível em todas as áreas de atuação do enfermeiro.

ABSTRACT

This internship report (Part I), appears within the scope of the Master of Nursing for Persons in Critical Situation of the School of Health of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, is an instrument that enables reflection on the development of common and specific competences of the specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing for Persons in Critical Situation. Part I of this document aims to carry out a critical reflection on the activities developed during Clinical Teaching. The Systematic Literature Review (RSL) (Part II) was developed on the theme "Effectiveness of education/training of nurses who provide care in a pre-hospital environment in improving professional skills and abilities, clinical reasoning, communication and responsiveness Systematic Literature Review." To carry out this review, we followed the methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute for the elaboration of systematic reviews of effectiveness. The acquisition of skills as a specialist nurse must be based on the best scientific evidence available in all areas of nursing practice.
