ABSTRACT
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is a disease with an extremely diverse clinical course. It is a disease of older people, the median age of the patient at the time of diagnosis is between 65-70 years. CLL is the most common leukemia in the Western world, accounting for over 30% of all cases of the disease. It is the most common leukemia among adults in the Czech Republic.
Chronická lymfocytární leukémie je onemocnení s mimorádne ruznorodým klinickým prubehem. Jde o onemocnení starsích lidí, medián veku pacienta v dobe stanovení diagnózy se pohybuje mezi 6570 lety. CLL je nejcastejsí leukemií v západním svete, tvorí pres 30 % vsech prípadu onemocnení. Jde o nejcastejsí leukemii dospelých v Ceské republice.
