ABSTRACT
A clinical summary of this KDP was published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic . Bladder tumors are the 11th most commonly diagnosed type of cancer, with an average incidence of 19.1 in men and 4.0 in women per 100,000 population per year in the European Union. This clinical guideline deals with a comprehensive approach to the patient with bladder cancer and is focused on the following clinical areas Summary of evidence on epidemiology and risk factors TNM Classification of malignant neoplasms Summary of Evidence and Recommendations for the Primary Diagnosis of Bladder Tumors with Presumptive Muscle Invasion Therapy Evidence summary and recommendations for the treatment of metastatic disease Recommendations for the procedure for relapses in individual locations.
Nádory mocového mechýre jsou 11. nejcasteji diagnostikovaným typem rakoviny, v Evropské unii je prumerná incidence 19,1 u muzu a 4,0 u zen na 100 000 obyvatel za rok. Tento klinický doporucený postup se zabývá komplexním prístupem k nemocnému s karcinomem mocového mechýre a je zameren na tyto klinické oblasti Souhrn dukazu o epidemiologii a rizikových faktorech TNM Klasifikace zhoubných novotvaru Souhrn dukazu a doporucení pro primární diagnostiku u nádoru mocového mechýre s predpokládanou invazí do svaloviny Lécba Souhrn dukazu a doporucení pro lécbu metastatického onemocnení Doporucení pro postup u recidiv v jednotlivých lokalizacích.
