Práticas Integrativas e Complementares reconhecidas pelo Ministério da Saúde: levantamento da produção científica via Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde nos últimos cinco anos / Integrative and Complementary Practices recognized by the Ministry of Health: a survey of scientific production via the Virtual Health Library in the last five years

Em 2018 o Ministério da Saúde aprovou, para uso dos Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), 10 novas Práticas Integrativas e Complementares (PIC) totalizando 29 PICs reconhecidas Apiterapia, Aromaterapia, Arteterapia, Ayurveda, Biodança, Bioenergética, Constelação Familiar, Cromoterapia, Dança Circular, Geoterapia, Hipnoterapia, Homeopatia, Imposição de Mãos, Medicina Antroposófica, Medicina Chinesa / Acupuntura, Meditação, Musicoterap ia, Naturopatia, Osteopatia, Ozonioterapia, Plantas Medicinais / Fitoterapia, Quiropraxia, Reflexoterapia, Reiki, Shantala, Terapia Comunitária Integrativa, Terapia de Florais, Termalismo Social / Crenoterapia e Yoga. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento nos últimos cinco anos para conhecer o cenário da produção científica das 29 PICs supracitadas, no universo da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde. Yoga (n= 457) foi a PIC que teve mais estudos incluídos neste levantamento, seguido de Meditação (n= 368) e de Musicoterapia (n= 252). Os achados revelam que há evidências científicas produzidas no campo das PICs, porém, há uma incongruência importante entre os termos que são citados nas pesquisas, os termos mencionados na Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares e ostermos adotados pelos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS).
ABSTRACT
In 2018, the Ministry of Health approved 10 new Integrative and Complementary Practices for the use of the Unified Health System, totaling 29 recognized Integrative and Complementar y Practices Apitherapy, Aromatherapy, Art Therapy, Ayurveda, Bioenergetics, Family Constellation, Chromotherapy, Therapy, Circular Dance, Geotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Homeopathy, Hands Imposition, Anthroposophical Medicine, Chinese Medicine / Acupuncture, Meditation, Music Therapy, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Ozonotherapy, Medicina l Plants / Herbal Medicine, Chiropractic, Reflexotherapy, Reiki, Shantala, Integrative Community Therapy, Therapy Florals, Social Therapy / Crenotherapy and Yoga. The aim of the present study was to carry out a survey in the last five years to know the scenario of the scientific production of the above 29 Integrative and Complementary Practices in the Virtual Health Library. Yoga (n = 457) was the Integrative and Complementary Practices that had more studies included in this survey, followed by Meditation (n = 368) and Music therapy (n = 252). The findings reveal that there is scientific evidence produced in the field of Integrative and Complementary Practices, but there is an important incongruity between the terms that are cited in the research, the terms mentioned in the National Policy on Integrative and Complementar y Practices and the terms adopted by the Health Sciences Descriptors.
