Implante imediato e enxerto ósseo com cimento injetável em áreas com deiscência óssea extensa – relato de casos / mmediate implant and bone grafting with injectable cement in extensive of dehiscence bone areas - report of cases

RESUMO

A substituição de dentes comprometidos por implantes imediatos em áreas estéticas é cada vez mais frequente. Entretanto, essa na maioria das vezes apresenta-se acompanhada de alguma alteração na estrutura óssea alveolar, podendo dificultar a remodelação dos tecidos Peri - implantares após o procedimento, o que pode comprometer o resultado estético do tratamento. Assim, procedimentos regenerativos também são recomendados simultaneamente à instalação do implante. Esse artigo demonstra, através da apresentação de casos clínicos, aspectos relacionados à possibilidade da abordagem imediata em áreas estéticas tratadas por meio da técnica de implantes imediatos em alvéolos com deiscência óssea extensa tratada simultaneamente com cimento à base de fosfato de cálcio. Em ambos os casos apresentados, os pacientes apresentavam fratura radicular longitudinal e uma significativa perda óssea por vestibular. Para reparação da área, foi realizada a cirurgia de implantes e o preenchimento do defeito com o cimento injetável, na mesma sessão. Três meses após realizou-se a reabertura dos implantes para colocação dos cicatrizadores e início dos procedimentos de reabilitação e, foram tomadas medidas para verificar o resultado obtido. Pode-se concluir que houve formação e preenchimento de grande parte do osso na porção vestibular, corrigindo dessa forma o defeito tecidual inicialmente existente

ABSTRACT

The replacement of teeth affected by immediate implant in aesthetic areas is becoming increasingly frequent. However, this most often presents itself accompanied by a change in alveolar bone structure, which may hinder the redevelopment of the tissues around implants after the procedure, which can compromise the aesthetic outcome of treatment. Thus, regenerative procedures are also recommended simultaneously to implant installation. This article demonstrates, by presenting chaos clinical aspects related to the possibility of immediate approach in esthetic areas treated by the technique of immediate implants in alveolar bone dehiscence with extensive simultaneously treated with cement based on calcium phosphate. In both cases presented, patients had a longitudinal root fracture and a significant bone loss buccally. To repair the area, was performed to implant surgery and filling the defect with cement injection, in the same session. Three months after the reopening was held to place the implants healed and early rehabilitation procedures and measures were taken to verify the result. It can be concluded that there was training and completion of much of the bone in the vestibular portion, thereby correcting the defect initially existing tissue
