RESUMO
Este artigo teve como objetivo relatar o retratamento ortdôntico de uma paciente do gênero feminino, adulta, que apresentava uma má oclusão Classe III de Angle, com ausência do dente 34 e sintomatologia dolorosa da ATM. Este caso foi apresentado à diretoria do Board Brasileiro de Ortodontia e Ortopedia Facial (BBO), como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do título de Diplomado pelo BBO.
ABSTRACT
This article aimed at describing the orthodontic retreatment of an adult female patient presenting Angle Class III malocclusion with absence of tooth 34 and painful symptoms of TMJ. This case was previously presented to the Directores of the Brazilian Board of Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics (BBO) as part of the requirements to become a BBO Diplomate.
