RESUMO
Os autores realizaram a reconstrução estética e funcional de um molar superior permanente, utilizando fragmento heterógeno de um molar permanente obtido em um banco de dentes. Para a colagem do fragmento ao remanescente dental, foi usada a técnica do condicionamento ácido, cimento ionômero de vidro e resinas compostas auto e foto-polimerizáveis. Os resultados imediatos e após 1, 3 e 6 meses de observação foram considerados satisfatórios
