RESUMO

Três aspectos do desenvolvimento da criança são abordados do ponto de vista das conquistas realizadas por ela, nos sete primeiros anos de vida. O desenvolvimento da criança em seus aspectos corporais, linguísticos e cognitivos passa por transformações significativas. A movimentação incessante proporciona a transformação do corpo e a aquisição de habilidades. O reconhecimento da voz humana e a imitação de gestos, especialmente os fisionômicos, advêm da abertura e confiança da criança na relação com o adulto. Por fim, depois de um longo período de imitação, a criança vivencia a liberação da memória para o aprendizado. Estas conquistas acontecem por meio da atividade que é inerente à criança do primeiro setênio o brincar.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Three aspects of the child development are covered from the perspective of his/ her achievements in the first seven years of life. The child development in physical, linguistic and cognitive aspects undergoes significant changes. The incessant movements provide the transformation of the body and the acquisition of abilities. Recognition of the human voice and the imitation of gestures, especially the physiognomic ones, come from openness and confidence of the child in his/ her relationship with the adult. Finally, after a long period of imitation, the child experiences the liberation of the memory for learning. These achievements take place through the activity that is inherent in the child's first septenium playing.(AU)
