Percepções de aprendizagem sobre disciplina interprofissional em Odontologia / Perceptions of learning about interprofessional discipline in Dentistry

RESUMO
A disciplina de Atenção em Saúde é inovadora e objetiva preparar o discente para prática colaborativa por meio da aprendizagem ativa, com educação interprofissional, inserido no serviço de saúde público. O primeiro ano da disciplina na graduação em Odontologia da Universidade Estadual de Maringá foi em 2015. Este estudo objetivou avaliar esta disciplina, sob a percepção do graduando em Odontologia. Estudo transversal, descritivo, realizado com todos os alunos da primeira turma da disciplina. O questionário foi autoaplicado, pré-testado em estudo piloto, contendo questões sociodemográficas e sobre a disciplina. Os formulários foram digitados no Excel e processados no programa EpiInfo. A maioria dos estudantes (88,5%) aprovou a educação interprofissional, sendo que 31% indicaram sua importância, principalmente para troca de conhecimentos. A maioria dos discentes (88,5%) afirma ter agido de forma colaborativa na disciplina. Poucos alunos (11,5%) tiveram conhecimento prévio sobre o Sistema Único de Saúde, sendo que 94% relataram que compreenderam seu funcionamento na prática. A metodologia ativa foi aprovada por 74% dos alunos, sendo que todos não haviam vivenciado anteriormente. Os estudantes obtiveram experiências positivas e negativas, ressaltaram ótima interação interprofissional (23%), contato com paciente (20%), visitas domiciliares que marcaram sua vida pessoal e profissional (20%) e visão da estrutura da Unidade Básica de Saúde (20%). A maioria (80%) aprovou o tutor, porém 17% reclamaram que não foram incentivados ou não mostraram interesse perante as práticas. Os resultados mostraram que os objetivos da disciplina em relação aos benefícios da metodologia ativa de ensino-aprendizagem, educação interprofissional e práticas colaborativas foram alcançados (AU).
ABSTRACT
The subject of Attention in Health is innovative and aims to prepare the student for collaborative practice through active learning, with interprofessional education, inserted in the public health service. The first year of the undergraduate course in Dentistry at the University of Maringá was in 2015. This objective this study is to evaluate this discipline, under the perception of the graduate in Dentistry. A cross-sectional, descriptive study with all students of the first class of the subject. The questionnaire was self-administered, pre-tested in a pilot study, containing sociodemographic and discipline issues. The forms were entered into Excel and processed in the EpiInfo program. Most students (88.5%) approved interprofessional education, 31% indicated their importance, mainly for the exchange of knowledge. The majority of the students (88.5%) affirm to have acted collaboratively in the discipline. Few students (11.5%) had previous knowledge about SUS previously, and 94% reported that they understood its functioning in practice. The active methodology was approved by 74% of the students, and all had not previously lived. The students had positive and negative experiences; they emphasized great interprofessional interaction (23%), contact with patients (20%), home visits that marked their personal and professional life (20%) and vision of the Basic Health Unit structure (20%). The majority (80%) approved the tutor, but 17% complained that they were not encouraged or showed no interest in the practices. The results revealed that the objectives of the discipline about the benefits of the active teaching-learning methodology, interprofessional education and collaborative practices were achieved (AU).
