Arte do terceiro setor como símbolo de transformação sociocultural / Third sector art as a sociocultural transformation symbol

RESUMO

Este artigo investiga, a partir da teoria junguiana, possíveis sentidos de ações promovidas pelo terceiro setor que se utilizam de linguagem artística. Para realiza-lo explora, a partir das postulações de Jung, a relação entre arte e consciência coletiva. Aborda o sentido social e cultural dos fundamentos teóricos junguianos. Apresenta o conceito de energia psíquica, esclarecendo a importância do seu emprego como pulsão pela atividade, reflexão ou criatividade para o desenvolvimento humano. Analisa a crise social atual, a partir da referência teórica junguiana. Com base nos fundamentos teóricos apresentados, realiza uma leitura das ações promotoras de inclusão social de organizações do terceiro setor mediante uso de linguagens artísticas observadas no mundo contemporâneo, compreendendo-as como novas vias para a transformação da psique sociocultural. Propõe, finalmente, que este fato seja visto como símbolo de uma transformação própria à realidade sociocultural brasileira.

ABSTRACT

Based on Jungian theory, this paper investigates possible collective meanings of third sector activities that engage in the use of artistic language. Jungian postulations are used to explore the relationship between art and collective consciousness. The psychic energy concept is introduced and is considered to be of utmost importance as a driving force for human development activity, reflection and creativity. The current social crisis is also analyzed from a Jungian perspective. Based on the theoretical foundations presented, this paper presents the interpretation that third sector organization initiatives that promote social inclusion through the use of art, as observed in the contemporary world, are the new sociocultural psyche change agents. It concludes that these actions are a symbol of Brazilian sociocultural reality.
