A importância da história de vida na (re)-construção do projeto terapêutico singular para pacientes em sofrimento psíquico em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS AD

RESUMO

o presente estudo teve por objetivo demonstrar a importância das Histórias de Vida de usuários de um CAPS AD em Belém na Construção do Projeto Terapêutico Singular-PTS. Tendo sido desenvolvido por meio de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratório, de natureza qualitativa sob o aspecto de uma História de Vida, para tanto, utilizamos entrevista aberta, com a seguinte pergunta norteadora Qual a sua História de vida? A entrevista foi gravada através de um aparelho celular e contou com a participação de três usuários dentre os que realizam acompanhamento no CAPS AD. Acreditamos ter conseguido cumprir com o objetivo da pesquisa que foi o de demonstrar que a História de vida deve ser primordial na Construção de qualquer projeto terapêutico, considerando que cada indivíduo, é o dono de sua história, e da mesma forma, deve ser o dono das ações que tratam de si. Dessa forma, pudemos concluir através do estudo, que o CAPS AD, lócus da pesquisa, leva em conta essas Histórias de vida, subjetividades na construção do Projeto Terapêutico Singular

ABSTRACT

The present study aimed to demonstrate the importance of the Life Stories of users of a CAPS AO in Belém in the Construction of the Unique Therapeutic Project-PTS. Having been developed through a descriptive, exploratory research of a qualitative nature under the aspect of a Life Story, for that, we used an open interview, with the following guiding question What is your Life Story? The interview was recorded through a cellular device and counted on the participation of three users among those who monitored the CAPS AO. We believe we have succeeded in fulfilling the purpose of the research, which is to demonstrate that Life History must be paramount in the construction of any therapeutic project, considering that each individual owns its history and likewise must own the actions they deal of itself. We could conclude from the study that CAPS AO, the locus of research, takes into account these Life Stories, subjectivities in the construction of the Unique Therapeutic Project
