RESUMO
O artigo tem a finalidade específica de apresentar os objetivos, consequências e dúvidas em relação ao programa criado pelo Governo Federal denominado Mais Médicos. Através da legislação trabalhista, mostrar e desmistificar a forma a qual os médicos estrangeiros foram contratados pelo Governo. Aspectos apresentados apontaram que as contratações destes médicos para o programa surtiram indagações entre eles, a hipótese que os trabalhos realizados no território brasileiro condizem ao trabalho escravo, suposição afastada por falta de comprovações concretas. Conclui-se, que o programa foi benéfico, havendo melhoria no atendimento do sistema de saúde do País e, mediante o prestígio desta parceria, Brasil e Cuba possam estender a projetos futuros de mesma finalidade e ou a outros setores carentes de suporte. São indicadas vantagens do programa Mais Médicos, a preferência pelos médicos cubanos, a importância da parceria do Governo Federal e Cuba e a regulamentação desses profissionais dentro da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho-CLT.
ABSTRACT
The article has the specific purpose of presenting the goals, consequences and questions about the program created by the Federal Government called More Doctors. By labor laws, and show demystify the form which foreign doctors were hired by the government. Presented aspects pointed out that hiring these doctors for the program been unsuccessful inquiries among them, the hypothesis that the work carried out in Brazil are consistent slave labor, guess away for lack of concrete evidence. It is concluded that the program was beneficial, with improved care of the country's health system and by the prestige of this partnership, Brazil and Cuba may extend to future projects with the same purpose and or other support needy sectors. More advantages are indicated the medical program, the preference for Cuban doctors, the importance of partnership between the Federal Government and Cuba and the regulation of these professionals within the Consolidation of Laws Labour-CLT.} ien
