Eixos de ação do Programa Saúde na Escola e Promoção da Saúde: revisão integrativa / Axes of action of the School Health Program and Health Promotion: an integrative review

RESUMO

RESUMO Esta revisão reflete sobre a fundamentação e os eixos do Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) e sua articulação com as concepções de Promoção da Saúde (PS). A revisão integrativa permite combinar estudos com diferentes abordagens metodológicas e foi realizada nas bases científicas nacionais. Os 38 artigos selecionados foram agrupados e analisados consoante os eixos de ação presentes na normativa do PSE. Aspectos conceituais e metodológicos adotados na concepção e na operacionalização dos estudos e da PS foram analisados criticamente. Referenciais de PS na diretriz do programa e na maior parte dos estudos se misturam ao modelo preventivista, centrado em ações fragmentadas e individualizadas. Pesquisas sobre o PSE devem aproximar teoria e prática, fortalecendo princípios como integralidade (do saber, do sujeito e do cuidado), intersetorialidade (metodológica e prática) e participação social, e reconhecer os determinantes sociais da saúde.

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT This review reflects upon the theoretical basis and the axes of the School Health Program (SHP) and its articulation with the conceptions of Health Promotion (HP). The integrative review allows to combine studies with different methodological approaches and was carried out in the national scientific basis. The 38 scientific articles were grouped and analyzed according to the axes of action present in the regulation of the SHP. Conceptual and methodological aspects adopted in the conception and operationalization of the studies and of the HP were critically analyzed. References of HP in the program guideline and in most of the studies merge with the preventive model, centered on fragmented an individual actions. Researches about SHP should approximate theory and practice, strengthening principles such as integrality (of knowledge, of subject and of care), intersectoriality (methodological and practical) and social participation, and recognize the socials determinants of health.
