ABSTRACT
Se realizó la determinación de 27 antígenos del sistema HLA en 20 pacientes con déficit selectivo de IgA. Los antígenos HLA-A9 (p < 0,001) tuvieron un incremento significativo en el grupo de pacientes al compararlos con las frecuencias fenotípicas del grupo control
