Prueba de la oxidasa con papel del filtro / Oxidasa test with filter paper

RESUMEN

Se hizo un ensayo de laboratorio con el cual se lograron tirillas reactivas para la prueba de la oxidasa, óptimas para usar en 7-9 meses, teniendo como antioxidante el  naftol al 0,5 por ciento el cual no interfirió en los resultados de la prueba con este ensayo se demostró que se puede utilizar 0,5 gramos del reactivo cada 7-9 meses(AU)

ABSTRACT

A laboratory trial was done which there were obtained reagent samples for the oxidasa test eminently good to be used in 7-9 months having as antioxidizing, the naphtol to 0,5 per cent which did not interfered in the test, it was proved that it can be used 0,5 grams of reagent each 7-9 months(AU)
