RESUMEN
Se presenta un caso de una gestante con 35,5 semanas de gestación con un quiste gigante de ovario. Se produce un parto distócico por cesárea y se extrae un quiste gigante de ovario de 3400 gramos de peso así como un recién nacido de 1600 gramos, masculino con apgar 8/9. Ambos evolucionan de forma satisfactoria. Se concluye el diagnóstico histológico del tumor de ovario como un teratoma quístico benigno asociado a cistoadenoma mucinoso con quistes foliculares con luteinización de células tecales(AU)
ABSTRACT
The case of a pregnant woman with 35.5 weeks of gestation with a ovarian giant cyst was presented. A distocic delivery by cesarean was produced and an ovarian giant cyst of 3 400 g was extracted, as well as a male newborn of 1 600 g with Apgar score 8/9. Both evolved successfully. The histological diagnosis of the ovarian tumor was concluded as a benign cystic teratoma associated with a mucinous cystoadenoma with follicular cysts with luteinization of techal cells(AU)
