RESUMEN

Objetivo:

elaborar un sistema de actividades extradocentes para contribuir al desarrollo grupalmediante la labor que desarrolla el profesor guía.

Método:

La investigación se estructuró sobre la base de un experimento pedagógico con un grupo dePremédico (donde se encontraban estudiantes procedentes de la mayoría de los países representadosen la ELAM), con el fin de determinar la influencia, sobre el desarrollo psicológico del grupo, de unsistema de actividades extradocentes dirigido por el profesor guía del grupo. La variante deexperimento pedagógico aplicada consistió en la realización de un diagnóstico inicial, introducción yobservación de la intervención pedagógica y diagnóstico final, para sobre la base de los resultados deambos diagnósticos determinar la efectividad de la variable independiente (sistema de actividadesextradocentes) sobre la variable dependiente (desarrollo del grupo).

Resultados:

Se logró elevar el nivel de desarrollo de cada uno de los indicadores del desarrollo delgrupo, lo que coadyuvó un mejor funcionamiento psicológico del grupo docente(AU)
ABSTRACT

Objective:

Elaborate an extra-class activity system in order to contribute to the group developmentthrough the work performed by the tutor teacher.

Method:

The investigation has been conceived on a pedagogical experiment carried out with a Premedicyear group of students (this group was integrated by students from most of the countriesrepresented in the ELACM). The Objective of the investigation was to determine the influence on thegroup psychological development of an extra-class activity system which was guided by the grouptutor teacher. The pedagogical experiment applied consisted on an initial diagnosis, an introductionand an observation of the pedagogical intervention, and a final diagnosis, in order to determine theeffectiveness of the independent variable (the extra-class activity system) over the dependent variable(group development) .This experiment had its basis on the initial and final diagnosis.

Results:

It was possible to increase the groups development which deals to the improvement of thepsychological work of the group(AU)
