RESUMEN

Objetivo: Elaborar y aplicar una estrategia educativa extracurricular para contribuir al desarrollo del valor responsabilidad en la formación profesional de los estudiantes de Premédico en la ELAM.Materiales y Métodos: Se empleo como métodos teóricos el análisis, la síntesis, la inducción, la deducción y el enfoque sistémico. Como métodos empíricos se emplearon la observación, la entrevista, cuestionarios y situaciones de dilemas morales.Resultados: Se detectaron avances en todos los indicadores del valor para el grupo de estudiantes muestreados.Conclusiones: La estrategia concebida y aplicada influyó positivamente sobre el desarrollo del valor moral del objeto de estudio(AU)

ABSTRACT

Objective: The aim of this research is to apply a formative strategy to develop responsibility as a value among the students of a group in the Pre-medical levelling course at the Latin-American Medical School.Methods: The theorical methods used were analysis, synthesis, induction and systemic approach. The empirical methods used were observation, interviews questionnaires and moral conflicts.Results: The results obtained show that the formative strategy put into practice helped the students to improve this important moral value(AU)
