Estado de la trombolisis sistémica Hospital Ernesto Guevara: enero noviembre 2001 / Status of systemic thrombolysis at Ernesto Guevara Hospital January November 2001

RESUMEN

Se realizó un estudio observacional sobre pacientes con el diagnóstico de infarto miocárdico agudo (IMA) en la sala de cuidados intensivos del hospital Ernesto Guevara de Las Tunas desde enero a noviembre de 2001. Se trabajaron con 39 afectados demostrando que los enfermos con un ataque cardíaco demoran entre 2 y 4 horas en llegar al cuerpo de guardia, el tiempo puerta aguja osciló entre 61 y 120 minutos. Se reportaron 3 enfermos con signos de reperfusión miocárdica para un 17 por ciento de efectividad. La primera causa de exclusión del tratamiento resultó ser la demora del enfermo en llegar al cuerpo de guardia y las principales complicaciones fueron las nauseas, los vómitos y la hipotensión(AU)

ABSTRACT

Patients with the diagnosis of myocardial infarction have been studied in the intensive care unit of Ernesto Guevara hospital of Las Tunas from January to November 2001.Thirty nine patients were studied that average 2 to 4 hours to get to the emergency room and the time drug to drug was between 1 to 2 hours. Signs of reperfusion were seen in three persons for the 17 per cent of effectiveness of the thrombolytic treatment. The first cause of exclusion was the late arrival to the emergency unit and the main complication were nausea, vomiting and hypotension(AU)
