El paladar hendido es un defecto congénito de las estructuras que forman la bóveda palatina, y es característico por una hendidura o apertura en el paladar superior. Objetivo:
describir el manejo de la vía aérea en el paciente con paladar hendido. Caso Clínico se presenta un caso, sobre el manejo de la vía aérea de un paciente con paladar hendido tipo IV de 45 años, que se anunció para tratamiento quirúrgico electivo con el diagnóstico de tumor de sigmoide, en el Hospital Universitario Manuel Ascunce Domenech (AU)ABSTRACT
