More than half of the women were 26 to 45 years old. Overweight women prevailed. There was a larger number of women with an intermediate WHR. 73,6 por center declared to have a calorie ingestion higher than the requirements. 86,1 por center kept a mild physical activity. However, they have basic needs (primarily physiological and of security) that constitute motivations for the practice of physical exercises (AU)
