ABSTRACT
It is called infant cerebral palsy (ICP) to all motor manifestations of brain damage that occurred during the maturation of the Central nervous system that interferes with their full development. It is presented a male infant with a spastic cerebral palsy,he was born in the Provincial Teaching Hospital Antonio Luaces Iraola that has significance because the manifestations of spasticity appeared from the moment of birth as opposed to those reported in the literature where hypotonia is the most common sign that characterizes these cases at this stage so early in life without being also a major peripartum insult making it difficult to diagnose in the neonatal period(AU)
