Problemas familiares de mayor relevancia por la conducta del consumidor de marihuana y medicamentos; tácticas de afrontamiento adoptadas y actitud familiar ante las drogas / High Relevant Family Problems Due to the Medicine and Marijuana Behavior Consumer; Facing Strategies Adopted and Relative Attitude before Drugs

RESUMEN
El consumo de sustancias tóxicas, conocidas como drogas es un fenómeno notable por su extensión y consecuencias económicas, sociales, morales, de salud individual y social; consumir drogas esconde dimensiones inexploradas que resulta imprescindible conocer si se pretende dar cuenta cabalmente del fenómeno; de las tragedias vinculadas al uso indebido de las drogas se encuentran las que afectan a los familiares de consumidores; este estudio orienta a formularse como problema los derivados por la conducta del consumidor de marihuana y medicamentos que afectan a convivientes, las tácticas de afrontamiento adoptadas por familiares y las actitudes de la familia ante las drogas legales e ilegales. Nuestra investigación es un estudio descriptivo, de pacientes policonsumidores de marihuana y medicamentos. Integrada por 83 pacientes masculinos y sus familiares que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicaron entrevistas estructuradas validadas. Las variables seleccionadas fueron de los problemas familiares de mayor relevancia separación o divorcio, violencia física, psicológica, disgustos con vecinos, perdida de amistades y otras; para las tácticas de afrontamiento se mantienen a distancia, lo ayudan, se disgustan y otras; para medir la actitud familiar ante las drogas no debe fumar, no debe tomar café, no debe tomar bebida, entre otras. Los problemas familiares de mayor relevancia debidos a la conducta del paciente fueron los más frecuentes, la sanción judicial, la violencia física, la pérdida de amistades y la violencia psicológica. En las tácticas de afrontamiento adoptadas por los familiares ante el comportamiento del paciente son las más frecuentes lo critican, lo aconsejan, se disgustan y lo rechazan. La actitud de los familiares de los pacientes ante las drogas legales, (tabaco, café y alcohol) fue muy distinta a la actitud ante las drogas ilegales(AU)
ABSTRACT
The consumption of toxic substances, known as drugs, is a relevant phenomenon due to its extension and to the economic, social, moral and individual and social health consequences; the consumption of drugs hide dimensions that are necessary to know if there is an intention of giving more information to know this phenomenon; this study is oriented to formulate as a problem the derivate consequences by the behavior of the medicine and marijuana behavior consumer that affects the relatives, the facing strategies adopted and the relative attitude before illegal and legal drugs. Our research is a descriptive study of medicine and marijuana consumers formed by 83 male patients and their relatives that fulfill the criterion of inclusion and exclusion. There were applied validated structured interviews. The variables selected were high relevant family problems separation or divorced, physical and psychological violence, on the facing strategies adopted by relatives before the behavior of the patients, the more frequent attitudes were to criticize and to advise them, relatives got upset and reject the patients. The relatives attitude facing legal drugs, (tobacco, coffee and alcohol) was very different to the attitude before the illegal drugs(AU)
