Efectividad de la terapia neural en el dolor lumbosacro agudo de tipo mecánico / Effectiveness of neural therapy in the acute lumbosacral of mechanical type

RESUMEN

Se realizó un estudio experimental tipo ensayo clínico fase II b, a 70 pacientes que fueron diagnosticados desde el punto de vista clínico por padecer dolor lumbosacro agudo de tipo mecánico en la consulta de ortopedia del Hospital Universitario Celia Sánchez Manduley, de Manzanillo, Granma. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la efectividad de la terapia neural en el tratamiento de esta afección. Los enfermos recibieron hasta 10 sesiones de Terapia Neural para evaluar el alivio del dolor y la impotencia funcional antes y después de recibir el tratamiento, demostrándose su efectividad, además de ser una forma económica e inocua de intervención que en un período corto de tiempo logró mejoría significativa de la calidad de vida de los enfermos y les permitió una reincorporación adecuada en el ámbito familiar, laboral y social(AU)

ABSTRACT

It was performed an experimental research type clinical assay phase II b for 70 patients who were diagnosed from the clinical point of view after suffering from lumbosacro acute pain of mechanical type in the orthopedic consult of the University Hospital Celia Sanchez Manduley in Manzanillo, Granma. The objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of neural therapy for the treatment of this affection. The sick patients received up to 10 sesions of Neural Therapy to evaluate the relief of the pain and the functional impotence before and after receiving the treatment, showing its effectiveness, and it is also an economic and harmless way of intervention that within a short period of time obtained oustanding improvement in regards to the life quality of patients and it favored an adequate reinstatement into the family, laboral and social environment(EU)
