Necesidades de aprendizaje de los docentes de la asignatura microbiología-parasitología desde la didáctica / Learning needs of the subject Microbiology-Parasitology Docents from didactics

RESUMEN

La universidad hoy demanda de profesores preparados pedagógica y científicamente, de manera tal que puedan enfrentar la didáctica especial de la asignatura que imparten, de manera eficiente, que permita la formación integral de los estudiantes. El objetivo fue identificar las necesidades de aprendizaje que tenían los docentes que imparten la asignatura Microbiología y Parasitología en todas las carreras que permita el empleo de su didáctica especial.Material y método: se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos de investigación, como método histórico lógico, sistémico estructural, encuestas, análisis documental, observación. Se identificaron las principales dificultades que los profesores presentan en la asignatura que imparten en esta nueva era, la del conocimiento. Se trabajó en la propuesta de un diplomado que permitía la elevación del nivel científico pedagógico en la didáctica especial de la impartición de la asignatura(AU)

ABSTRACT

The university today demands pedagogically and scientifically trained professors, so that they can manage the special didactics of the subject they lecture on, efficiently, permitting the comprehensive training of the students. The objective was to identify the learning needs of the docents lecturing the subject Microbiology-Parasitology in all majors that permit its special didactics. Several research theoretical and empirical methods were used, as logical-historical method, structural-systemic, surveys, documental analysis, and observation. We identified the main difficulties that professors have in the subject they lecture on in this new age of the knowledge. We worked on the proposal for a diploma course permitting raising the scientific and pedagogical level in the special didactics of teaching of the subject(AU)
