RESUMEN
El incremento de muertes por homicidio es una problemática que enfrenta el mundo actual como consecuencia de un aumento de la violencia; se plantea que existe una vinculación de los niveles de criminalidad con variados factores sociales, psicológicos y biológicos, entre los que se señala el consumo de alcohol como factor predisponente del comportamiento agresivo humano. Asimismo, el consumo de alcohol es catalogado como un significativo factor de riesgo en delitos del tránsito y homicidios, debido fundamentalmente a los efectos biológicos provocados por el tóxico desde las primeras etapas de la intoxicación. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal en 71 victimarios de homicidio y asesinato, a los cuales se les aplicó los cuestionarios CID, briest MAST y CAGE, además de una entrevista al autor del delito, al instructor del caso y la consulta del Expediente de Fase Preparatoria (EFP), analizando diferentes variables relacionadas con el consumo de alcohol en los victimarios de los delitos estudiados. Los resultados de la investigación evidencian la ingestión de bebidas alcohólicas en algún modo o estilo de consumo en el total de la muestra, se destaca la modalidad de bebedores sociales en un 60,6 por ciento de los victimarios; en el 53,5 por ciento de todos los sujetos estudiados se comprobó la ingestión de esa sustancia tóxica en un período de hasta 12 horas antes del momento del hecho. Los resultados del presente estudio relacionan intensamente la ingestión de alcohol con estas figuras delictivas, reafirmando que el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas es un destacado factor criminógeno vinculado a estos delitos de violencia(AU)
ABSTRACT
The increment of deaths for homicide is a problem that faces the current world as consequence of the increase of the violence, thinking about a linking of the levels of crime rate with varied social, psychological and biological factors, being pointed out the consumption of alcohol like predisposition of the human aggressive behavior and it is classified as a significant factor of risk in crimes of the traffic and homicides, due fundamentally to the biological effects caused by the toxic from the first stages of the intoxication.It was carried out a descriptive study of traverse court in 71 homicide victimaries and murders, to which were applied the questionnaires CID, briest MAST and CAGE, besides an interview to the author of the crime, to the defendant's judge of instruction and the consultation of the File of Preparatory Phase (FPP), analyzing different variables related with the consumption of alcohol at the victimaries of the studied crimes. The results of the investigation after their statistical prosecution and variabilistic correlation, evidence the ingestion of alcoholic drinks in the total of the sample in some way or consumption style, standing out the modality of social drinkers in 60,6 percent of the victimaries and 53,5 percent of all the studied fellows was checked to have ingested this toxic substance in one period of up to 12 hours before the moment of the fact. The results of the present study, relate the ingestion of alcohol intensely with these criminal figures, reaffirming that the consumption of drinks alcoholics is an outstanding criminogenic factor linked to these crimes of violence(AU)
