El método clínico y el abuso tecnológico

RESUMEN

La indicación de diversas tecnologías en la práctica médica ha arribado a una magnitud desconcertante y se convierte hoy en un problema mundial. El presente trabajo analizó los factores que influyen en el uso inadecuado de tecnologías en la Atención Primaria de Salud y su repercusión en la aplicación del Método Clínico.Se explicaron factores ligados al uso inadecuado del Método Clínico, indulgencia en la indicación de exámenes de diagnóstico, deficiencias en la competencia y el desempeño profesional y la falta de un adecuado pensamiento económico.El objetivo fundamental se ha centrado en alcanzar una integración adecuada entre las ciencias médicas y el método clínico y las tecnologías sanitarias, evitando que la ciencia y la tecnología alejen al paciente, mejorando de esta forma la indestructible unidad con el trabajador sanitario(AU)

ABSTRACT

The indication of the diverse technologies in the medical practice has arrived to a disconcerting magnitude and becomes today a world problem. The present work analyzes the factors that impact on the wrong use of the technologies in the Primary Health Care level and its repercussion in the application of the clinical method, going deeply to explain factors so important as: Incorrect application of the Clinical Method, indulgence in the indication of diagnosis exams, deficiencies in the competition and the professional performance and the lack of an appropriate economic thought. To achieve the integration of the medical sciences and the clinical method with the sanitary technologies, through their correct application is a fundamental objective to avoid that the science and the technology move away the patient, of those from who the patient expects, the solution to their problems(AU)
