RESUMEN

Esta presentación de caso se corresponde con una hiperemia pulpar que ocurre en un paciente que acude a consulta por presentar sensibilidad fuerte a los cambios térmicos en un segundo molar derecho tiene antecedentes de una restauración con amalgama fracturada. Al examen clínico se observa caries grado III y restos de neocin en el fondo de la cavidad. Se decide retirar la caries y restos del material que protege el fondo de la cavidad. Para tratamiento restaurado debido a la sensibilidad del diente y el estado de la pulpa en el momento que es atendido. La conducta que se sigue es a favor la salud del paciente y revela la posibilidad del éxito en la terapéutica a aplicar(AU)

ABSTRACT

This case presentation belongs together with a pulp hyperemia that happens in a patient who goes to consultation presenting strong sensibility to thermal changes in a second right molar with history of a restoration with amalgam. To the clinical exam III degree cavity is observed and neocin remains in the bottom of the cavity. It is decided to move away the cavity and remains of the material that protects the bottom of the cavity. For later restoring treatment due to the sensibility of the tooth and the state of the pulp in the moment that is assisted. The behavior to follow this is in favor of the patients health and it reveals the possibility of the success in the therapy that will be applied(AU)
