ABSTRACT
Tiroglosecysts and fistulasare derived from the trajectory of HIS orboch daleck, formed from a falling of the pharyngeal intestine that will never be constituted in the foramen caecum of the tongue, located in its mean line. If it is not atrophied then this kind of lesions appear , in the cervical mean line, they also determine the relation with the hyoid bone and can be extended from the base of the tongue to the anterior inferior site of the neck. The tiroglose conductis located behind hyoids, but it is not rare to find it beyond, so it is necessary to remove this bone tissue by surgery (strunk operation).A hugetiro glose cyst is presented , and because of lts size it results an anachronism at the present time of the development of Medicine in our country(AU)
