La cultura de la innovación social en los profesionales de la salud / The culture of the social innovation in the professionals of the health

RESUMEN

Se presentan resultados parciales del Proyecto Investigativo Institucional para el desarrollo de la competencia sociohumanista en los profesionales de salud, en desarrollo en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo a partir del año 2015. Los procedimientos seguidos en esta investigación se corresponden con los de una investigación cualitativa en tanto permitieron definir y caracterizar la cultura de la innovación social. Mediante la investigación bibliográfica se precisó su definición y con la aplicación de otros métodos de investigación se alcanzó identificar el nivel en que se encuentra y establecer el problema a resolver en cómo contribuir a desarrollarla en las dimensiones que demanda el servicio de salud. A partir de esta información primaria, se pretende trazar pautas a seguir para el desarrollo de la cultura de la innovación social en los profesionales de la salud(AU)

ABSTRACT

Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented for the development of the competition sociohumanista in the professionals of health, in development in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo starting from the year 2015. The procedures continued in this investigation belong with those of a qualitative investigation as long as they allowed to define and to characterize the culture of the social innovation. By means of the bibliographical investigation, it was necessary their definitions and with the application of other investigation methods it was reached to identify the level in that the investigators establish the problem to solve and develop it in the dimensions that it demands the service of health. Starting from this primary information, it is sought to trace rules to continue for the development of the culture of the social innovation in the professionals of the health(AU)
