Auriculoterapia en el síndrome ansioso depresivo a nivel neurótico / Auricular therapy applied in the treatment of Anxious depressive syndrome to neurotics level

RESUMEN

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo-intervención en el período mayo de 2016 - mayo de 2017, con el objetivo de evaluar la efectividad de la auriculoterapia en el síndrome ansioso depresivo en el Policlínico Universitario 4 de agosto. El universo fue de 206 pacientes y la muestra (110) fue seleccionada a través de un muestreo aleatorio simple. Los datos recolectados fueron procesados por el paquete estadístico SPSS. V.13. Entre las variables que fueron estudiadas se encuentran sexo, cantidad de sesiones realizadas, reacciones adversas, síntomas clínicos antes y después de la auriculoterapia, ocupación y evaluación clínica. El sexo femenino prevaleció. En las sesiones de tratamiento más de la mitad necesitó 14 días, casi la totalidad de los pacientes no presentó reacciones. Al culminar el tratamiento los pacientes manifestaron una evolución de mejoría. La auriculoterapia contribuyó a lograr efectividad en el tratamiento del síndrome ansioso depresivo, trayendo beneficio tanto a la salud del individuo como social y económico(AU)

ABSTRACT

A descriptive intervention study was carried out in the period of May 2016 -to May 2017, with the aim to evaluate the effectiveness of the auricular therapy in the anxious depressive syndrome in the University Policlinic 4 August? The universe was of 206 patients and the sample (110) was selected through a simple random sampling. The data recollected were processed by the statistical package SPSS. V.13 The variables studied were sex, quantity of sessions realized, adverse reactions, clinical symptoms before and after the auricular therapy, occupation and clinical evaluation. The feminine sex prevailed. In the sessions of treatment more than the half needed 14 days, almost the whole of the patients did not present reactions. When culminating the treatment, the patients manifested a favorable evolution. The auricular therapy contributed to attain effectiveness in the treatment of the anxious depressive syndrome, bringing profit so much to the health of the individual like social and economic(AU)
