RESUMEN

Las alteraciones del pensamiento comúnmente suelen atribuirse a disfunciones en los lóbulos frontales del cerebro, sin embargo en la actualidad con el surgimiento de la nueva imagen funcional y otros instrumentos de diagnósticos neurofisiológicos de alta tecnología, comienzan a existir evidencias respecto a todas las estructuras cerebrales o circuitos que participan en diferentes situaciones problémicas desconocidas para el individuo y las estrategias de razonamientos que ejecuta este a partir del constante intercambio con el entorno. El objetivo es analizar principios y procesos elementales en la neuropsicología del pensamiento desde un enfoque socio-cultural mediante un estudio minucioso de los resultados obtenidos hasta el presente. En el desarrollo se profundiza en las características del pensamiento y su naturaleza histórico-social y procesual comprendiéndolo desde el punto de vista neurofisiológico como la formación y estabilización dinámica de un sistema cerebral funcional. Por otra parte, se examinan los diferentes estadios o factores básicos en la composición de la estructura psicológica del pensamiento y la relación de este con los nuevos descubrimientos sobre la influencia de los estados emocionales en el cerebro. Para concluir se destacó la tesis de las áreas funcionales a nivel cortical superior propuesta por Luria y la importancia de estas para una mejor comprensión del proceso del pensamiento y el valor que se le debe conceder para el diagnóstico y rehabilitación en los centros de salud(AU)

ABSTRACT

Thinking disorders are commonly attributed to dysfunctions in the front lobes of the brain. However, at the present time with the emergence of the new functional image and other high-technology instruments of neurophysiological diagnosis, evidence begins to accumulate regarding all the cerebral structures or circuits that participate in different unknown problem-solving situations for the individual and the strategies of reasonings that he/she develops starting from a constant exchange with the environment. The objective is to analyze principles and elementary processes in the neuropsychology of thinking from a socio-cultural approach by means of a thorough study of results obtained up to the present day. In the development a deepening is made into the characteristics ofthinking and its historical-social and process-like nature, understanding it from the neurophysiological point of view as the formation and dynamic stabilization of a functional brain system. On the other hand, the different stages or basic factors are examined in the composition of the psychological structure of thinking and its relationship with the new discoveries about the influence of emotional states in the brain. To conclude, the thesis of functional areas at a higher cortical level proposed by Luria and their importance for a better understanding of the process of thinking and the value that it should be granted for the diagnosis and rehabilitation in the centers of health were highlighted(AU)
