RESUMEN
Los lipomas pancreáticos son tumores benignos poco frecuentes. Generalmente se presentan como hallazgo casual y el tratamiento es conservador. Se presenta el caso de un lipoma en la cabeza del pán creas descubierto incidentalmente y se describen sus características en distintos métodos de imagen (ecografía, tomografía computarizada y resonancia magnética)
ABSTRACT
Pancreatic lipomas are uncommon benign tumors. They are generally discovered as incidental findings and treatment is conservative. We present a case of lipoma affecting the head of the pancreas that was discovered incidentally and describe its imaging features in different modalities (ultrasound, CT, MRI)
