ABSTRACT
Tamoxifen is an effective drug in treatment and prevention of breast cancer. Although is a relatively non-toxic compound, its use is related to some adverse effects, mainly increased risk of benign pathologies and of endometrial cancer. An effective screening method has not been described for these patients, and there are even reasonable doubts about its convenience. Both ecography and hysteroscopy are important tests in diagnosis and follow-up of these patients
