Sentimientos morales en la relación de cuidado enfermeras(os) - personas que viven con VIH/SIDA / Moral feelings of the nursing relation between nurses and people who live with HIV / AIDS

RESUMEN

Vivir con el Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana y el Síndrome de Inmunodeficiencia Adquirida se torna en una experiencia personal negativa, que se traduce en dolor y sufrimiento. Esto representa, un reto para el cuidado de enfermería, el cual se fundamenta en una interacción humana cuya complejidad depende del diálogo y de la interacción bilateral entre la enfermera y el paciente, e implica una reflexión de tipo moral, en cuanto involucra valores, sentimientos y justificaciones morales que en la práctica han sido muy poco visibilizados. Este artículo tiene como propósito presentar un marco teórico apoyado en la investigación empírica que permita explorar y comprender los sentimientos morales que guían la relación enfermera (os) - personas que viven con VIH/SIDA. De este modo se acude a concepciones teóricas de la filosofía moral y de la enfermería (AU)

ABSTRACT

Living with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome usually becomes a negative personal experience, which translates into pain and suffering. This means a real challenge for the nursing care, which is based on a human interaction which complexity depends on the dialog and bilateral interaction between the nurse and the patient, and implies a reflection of moral kind, in all that it involves values, feelings and moral justifications; that in the practice have frequently been overlooked. This article intends to show a theoretical framework based on empirical research that allows exploring and understanding, the moral feelings that guide the relation nurse- person, who live with HIV / AIDS. In this way, it is necessary to resource to theoretical concepts of the moral philosophy of nursing (AU)
