ABSTRACT
A case of a patient male of 47 years with gastroparesis, gastric bezoar and carcinoma of the amputated gastric rest is presented. Within his precedings figure a trunkular vagotomy and a Billroth I hemigastrectomy, antidepressive treatment and excesive intake of oranges. The sintomatology was unspecific. Barium radiology and endoscopy gave the diagnostic. Medical and endoscopic treatment was not effective, needing a surgical proceeding. We remark the need of periodic revisions and dietary prescriptions for the gastric operated patients, to prevent the late complications appearance (AU)
