RESUMEN

El dolor irruptivo puede ser incidental, idiopático y relacionado con el final de dosis. El dolor incidental, a su vez, puede ser predecible o impredecible. Los pacientes oncológicos en muchas ocasiones deben ser sometidos a pruebas diagnósticoterapéuticas que provocan dolor irruptivo incidental predecible. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la eficacia y seguridad del fentanilo intranasal con pectina (FINP) como analgésico, sedante y ansiolítico en pacientes que se someten a histeroscopia diagnósticadiagnóstica y terapéutica de patologías potencialmente neoplásicas como grupo control extrapolable a aquellas pruebas que causan dolor irruptivo incidental predecible en pacientes oncológicos (AU)

ABSTRACT

Breakthrough pain can be incidental, idiopathic and related to the final dose. Incidental pain in turn can be predictable or unpredictable. Cancer patients often must be subjected to diagnostic tests and therapeutic breakthrough pain that cause incidental predecible.
