Revisión teórica del síndrome de burnout y su investigación en el contexto penitenciario / Theoretical review of the syndrome of burnout and his investigation in the penitentiary context

RESUMEN

En el presente trabajó de revisión teórica vamos a proceder al abordaje terminológico y comprehensivo de lo que se denomina sindrome e burnout en un medio como el penitenciario. Con el objetivo de abordar este estudio, nos propusimos, en primer lugar, profundizar en el origen terminológico y conceptual del burnout. En segundo lugar, revisaremos los modelos etiológicos, los instrumentos de evaluación mas utilizados en la investigación y los factores individuales, situacionales y relacionales que inciden en su aparición. Posteriormente se realiza un recorrido por las investigaciones que abordan el bornout en el contexto penitenciario, destacando los escasos trabajos realizados en España en comparación con el resto de la comunidad científica internacional que mantiene una línea de conocimiento en torno al bornout entre los trabajadores penitenciarios con el fin de dignificar su labor, dotándolos de mejores recursos organicionales e individuales. Finalmente se reflexiona sobre la necesidad de un mejor conocimiento de las variables implicadas en el bornout diseñando investigaciones de carázter longitudinal que sirvan para desarrollar programas de prevención e intervención pues los existentes no están dando los resultados esperados(AU)

ABSTRACT

At the present it was employed of theoretical review we are going to proceed to the terminological boarding and comprehensivo of what is named a syndrome and burnout in a way as the penitentiary one. With the aim to approach this study, we proposed to penetrate, first, in the terminological and conceptual origin of the burnout. Secondly, we will check the models etiológicos, the instruments of evaluation mas used in the investigation and the individual, situational and relational factors that affect in his appearance. Later a tour is realized by the investigations that approach the bornout in the penitentiary context, emphasizing the scanty works realized in Spain in comparison with the rest of the scientific international community that supports a line of knowledge concerning the bornout between the penitentiary workers in order to dignify his labor, providing them with better resources organicionales and individual. Finally one thinks about the need of a better knowledge of the variables involved in the bornout designing investigations of carázter longitudinally that serve to develop programs of prevention and intervention since the existing ones are not giving the awaited results(AU)
