A partir de una revisión bibliográfica, se describen los productos destinados a la alimentación infantil aparecidos entre finales del siglo xix y principios del xx. Se analizan los distintos tipos (alimentos y alimentos-medicamentos), los productos más representativos de cada uno de ellos y se reproducen datos de la época sobre su composición(AU)
ABSTRACT
Based on a literature review, we analyzed the food products intended for use in infant feeding between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The different types of products, the most representative products in each category, and the data reported on their composition during that period are summarized(AU)
