RESUMEN
Evaluamos la consulta por Telarca prematura que asistieron al Hospital de Niños Doctor Robert Reid Cabral durante 5 años. Estas constituyeron el 10.5 por ciento de todos los casos. El 46.3 por ciento inició la Telarca en el primer año de edad siendo bilateral en el 82 por ciento . El 39 por ciento había ingerido estimulantes del apetito. El seguimiento fue irregular, no se reporta evolución hacia la pubertad precoz
