Por solicitaçäo do Diretor do Instituto de Biociências da UNESP de Botucatú, Säo Paulo, Brasil; foi feita visita às instalaçöes das condiçöes ambientais nas dependências desse departamento em funçäo dos "servidores doDepartamento em questäo" estarem passando por um quadro de intoxicaçäo aguda pels produtos químicos com que trabalham e que deveräo "tomar as providências necessárias para sanar ou minimizar os problemas existentes".Foram tiradas conclusöes e sugeridas recomendaçöes para modificaçöes necessárias a serem feitas neste laboratório, visando a higiene e segurança do trabalho
