Se exponen algunas formas de actividad educativas que pueden ser ejecutadas en las inspecciones sanitarias estatales para la prevención de las enfermedades transmitidas por los alimentos sobre la base de métodos participativos, donde los manipuladores adquieren la motivación y conocimientos necesarios con la finalidad de mantener buenos hábitos y conductas en los procesimientos de los alimentos
