RESUMO
Resumo Os autores relatam um caso de histiocitose de células de Langerhans, no qual o paciente, ao diagnóstico, apresentava lesöes em sistema nervoso central, mediastino e ossos longos, todas provocando alteraçöes detectáveis à radiografia simples. Säo discutidas as recentes reclassificaçöes da patologia e os seus aspectos radiológicos.
