RESUMEN
Constituye una necesidad social elevar los niveles de competencia y desempeño de la Licenciada en Enfermería. Este empeño reclama a la Educación Médica Superior un perfeccionamiento esencial en el plan de estudios, encaminado a fortalecer sustancialmente la calidad en la formación de los recursos humanos en enfermería. En el presente trabajo se plantea que un criterio didáctico para tal empeño lo constituye la consideración de la fuerza metodológica que posee el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería (P.A.E), en la lógica del proceso docente-educativo. Ello justifica la necesidad de atender como profesores a los problemas de salud que tiene que resolver la enfermera y que sustentan al plan de estudios, lo que es necesario valorar en las didácticas especiales que deben caracterizar a las asignaturas y disciplinas que lo integran. Se propone entre otras valoraciones metodológicas la consideración del PAE como método de ense;anza en función de elevar la productividad de los estudiantes en el proceso formativo consustancial a la carrera
ABSTRACT
From the social point of view, it is necessary to increase competence and fulfilment levels of Nursing Bachelors. This determination claim to Higher Medical Education an essential improvement in course of study, aimed at strengthen significantly quality in creation of human recourses in nursing. In present paper, it is proposed that a didactic criterion to such determination be consideration of methodologic strength having Attention Process in Nursing (A.P.N). It justify the need of to be attentive, like professors, to health problems that nurse has to resolve, and that supporting course study, that musto to be assessed in special didactics characterizing integration of subjects and disciplines. Among other valuations, we propose consideration of APN as a teaching method to increase yield capacity of students in formative process related to career
