RESUMO
O artigo apresenta as responsabilidades previstas em lei e imputadas pela sociedade ao exercício da condução legal e legítima do setor saúde, permitindo que se possa, no tocante à formação e desenvolvimento dos recursos humanos em saúde, avaliar o atendimento, omissões e descumprimento daquilo que já foi pensado, planejado e formulado para a educação de profissionais de saúde no Brasil pelo próprio Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
