RESUMEN
El artículo aborda la cuestión de la educación en bioseguridad en Brasil. Presenta las diferentes vertientes de esta área del conocimiento, sus interfaces, peculiaridades y factores que la tornan pedagógicamente atractiva. Como base de sustentación para la calidad del proceso educacional, presenta reflexiones y propone algunas competencias que deben ser generadas, en el proceso de formación plena de los profesionales envueltos en cursos de bioseguridad
