Se exponen según criterio de diagnótico el tratamiento que debe seguirse en pacientes adultos que presentan quemaduras en las primeras 72 horas de producidas. Se tiene en cuenta la extensión y profundidad de las mismas así como las posibles remisiones a centros especializados si se hace necesario(AU)
